Online Real Estate Schools

I am so glad that there are online Real Estate schools. I just finished my first Real Estate course and it was a lot easier for me to work online than attend an actual classroom. Academics have never been my strong suite, but working online is second nature for me since I have been doing it since the early 90’s. It also allowed me to work at my own pace based on my personal schedule. It did take a little longer than I estimated, but it was a great experience.

I always thought that online courses would be easier than classroom, but now I am not sure that is actually true. In a classroom things can vary depending on instructors, moods and a host of other outside factors. Online classes do not vary.

Now I have to start studying for the Mississippi Real Estate License exam.

Becoming A Real Estate Agent

Years ago I was told to get a Real Estate license and become a Real Estate agent, I ignored that advice only to find myself now doing just that.

Becoming a Real Estate agent is not that hard, it just takes a little time, money and studying. With the perception that Real Estate is such a bad market right now it just seems like a good time to get in, while everyone is getting out.

I am just trading some spare time I usually spend on the computer working on web sites and blogs with studying for a Real Estate license.

I guess I should also read Real Estate License Exams For Dummies.
