Kim Locatelli If you have never had a full blown panic attack bring you to your knees you are a very lucky person. Last night I had such a severe one I had to have 911 called and be taken care of. A lot of people think anxiety attacks are the same but they are not. an overwhelming amount of fear overtakes your body and within 10 minutes you can go zero to 60 and think you are dying. To those of my friends thant helped me without judgement last night I hank you with all my heart for caring and not judging for holding my hand and for stoping everything you were doing to be with me. I am not big on church but please my friends pray for me that it doesnt happen again it is scary and embarrassing and I wouldn't wish it on someone i hated though I try in my heart to hate noone.
