American Gesture on Facebook

Jennie Cox So this is a question for my Aussie friends here in San Diego. I'm not really much of a "hugger" but ever since I've been here, people hug me all the time. I know that's not a bad thing but I'm not used to it at all. I mean, I do hug my family and all, but not really friends. So, what I'm getting at is, how do you guys feel about hugging friends? Mind you, Tabatha from 'Tabatha Takes Over' doesn't hug either so I'm wondering if this is not an Aussie gesture but it is American???
