Mildred Lankford Mcnamara Good morning facebook friends and family. It is going to be a great day here at the McNamara household. Gonna celebrate our youngest son Branden's birthday today cause he has to go to school on Tuesday. Then gonna watch the Superbowl even though the Saints are not in it. On the menu today is Ham, potatoe salad, baked beans, cornbread, noodles, and corn on the cob. Then pastrami and ham rolls to snack on during the game and a cheese ball with crackers. Also birthday cake for dessert. Thankful to be able to spend the day with my wonderful family.
Joan Crawford Beggs Day 4: Breakfast...1 blueberry muffin, 2 cups of coffee; Lunch: Blimpie's 6" Turkey and Provolone and small cup of Blimpie's chilli( NO CRACKERS), Coke Zero; Supper: baked fish, plain baked potato, steamed broccoli, small roll, and cheetos for evening snack...5 -8oz glasses of water(trying to get to 8 a day)...down 3.7 lbs since Wed am...tomorrow is weigh in day Will keep you all posted...Thanks for all the support!!!

Devon Sawatzki Tasior So, walkin thru Meijers grocery shoppin. Happen to look up and see Chicken in a Biscuit crackers....OMG, loved those, but haven't bought any in years...actually decades. Grabbed them and put em in the cart. Got home and YUM, remembered why I liked them sooo much! My new favorite snack!! At least they are baked and 0 trans fat...HAHA!!
Landon Carter So looking at what food I should eat based on my weekly workout/cardio I should be eating 12 eggs a day with 2 of them whole and rest just whites. 20+ oz of lean meat 8 cups of veggies and equal that in fruit. Then various servings of whole grain and dairy a day. Then I should take 3 protien shakes a day. That's 84 eggs and 140 oz of meat a week!!!! Do you know how expensive that will be?!? So I guess for now I will stick to my raw oatmeal for breakfast, nonfat yogurt for morning snack, tuna and crackers with yogurt for lunch, more yogurt for afternoon snack, and baked chicken with whole grain rice for dinner. That seems to be working for me for over the past year or so.
