The truth is, instead of the end of America as some are predicting, it's the end of the era of both massive legal and illegal immigration. This depression will be so severe and deep that millions will have to return home for lack of jobs, homelessness, mass demonstations, and disorder. If they go now they have a chance of finding jobs in their home countries to weather the crisis. If they stay, there will be nothing for them here and nothing when they have to return home anyway.
