Derek Walker Well hey everybody. I just want to give everybody an update. The workouts are coming just great. I just entered week five of Jillian Michaels Six week six pac abs w one week to go on that dvd. I'm in week seven of Insanity with one week n a half to go of Insanity. I feel good. Yesterday I weighted myself. I'm 164.4pnds. That dates back from January 17th of this year. I was 226 at the that time. Now down to 164.4 pounds. Thats like 61.1 pounds difference. The six pack is coming in. I'm loving and like it. Dig Deeper baby.
