Darren Terry A good day. Muscles are tired all over, but I felt much better on my swim today. Did 45 mins, about 500m total of drills with my swim coach. Later we went to the gym and I did chest, tri's, and then lats (pull ups), and a little bicep work. I ate nearly 3300 calories yesterday and with all the work I still LOST 1.2lbs. Nutrition is very important. I can lose the weight but I don't want to lose it too fast and compromise my training.
