I had a terrible cold and didnt even feel like going but by the time i left there i could breath from my nose and my stomach wasnt flipping. Got up this am and felt great with no stuffy nose ect. Yesterday, I honestly felt like i was going to have to go to the dr. today and get medicine to get rid of this crud~i am truly amazed :)
