Covington House Just a reminder....postal rates have increased, therefore shipping rates have increased. I have kept the increase at a minimum, though, so there's not much of a difference. Also, effective immediately...you will be given the option of including tracking on your orders. If you choose NOT pay the small extra fee to add tracking, I will NOT be responsible if something happens & your pkg gets lost in the mail. Hope you all understand. I have to protect myself too. Marsha Weinstein Hanzel What's the deal with "forever stamps?" Jeff says post office employees told him he had to add 3 cents to his older forever stamps, so he does that now. They have American flags and no amounts on them but apparently are the original or at least early versions of stamps one was supposed to be able to use at whatever the current rate as postal first class stamp rates increased.
