Julie Beeman Update on the girls: Sara is going to be having surgery on Feb. 27th at Children's Hospital. They are more then likely doing a bronch and probably fixing what is wrong while they have her under. I haven't got her packet yet nor talked with the doctor but I did get a call to schedule the surgery so I will update when I know more. Anna went to the allergist this moring and has a mild case of asthma. She will be put on albuterol and singulair. My lovely daughter Sara was in the best mood last night, so happy and playful and she repaid me by biting a chunk out of my shoulder. Gotta love her!

Wendy Beezy Today brought Zanny see doctor because her cough & flu medicines running out. Wanted to just buy the medicines on last Saturday, but her doctor don't allow, say must go back for review if still not recover. Wow, Paediatrician really very strict, though is very troublesome that we have to go through long Q, but at least I know Zanny's condition. Doctor say her lungs abit phlegmy (mild bronchitis)... gotten Ventolin & Singulair to treat her lungs and phlegm liao... hope she will recover soon!
Anne Marie DiIorio Feel really drugged right now....around 4:00 today I have another severe outbreak...welts all over, itched so bad I couldn't stand it. Since then I have taken 3 benedryl, a zyrtec, a singulair and prednosone. don't know what is going on....maybe it is stress related...had alot of stress on my plate today...

Debbie Bonhomme Today I am thankful for people giving me fun new recipes that make me hungry even though it hasnt been so long since dinner. I'm thankful that Tristan's doctor's appointment went well- he's 30.5 pounds (dressed but no shoes)! we got more meds to have on hand(well- once we actuall ypick them up). he's down to 3 breathing treatments a day and singulair- that's it! and only a little rattly in the right side. "So if you are going to beat him, beat him on the right side." Yes. the doctor really said that!

Lesia Dijak Kuropas Thanks to OBAMACARE, my insurance will not cover Singulair. There is no medicine like it so there is no substitue. The pharmacy is baffled. The doctors office is baffled. Doctors office told me that is was not the insurance co. fault but it was because of all the federal regulations put forth by Obamacare and also that they have 3 other patients who have been denied singulair this past week. Sorry to offend any friends but....thank you so much for all of you who think socialized medicine is good!!!....and this is just the beginning. Here is that hope and change that I did not vote for. Excuse me... I must go and use my inhaher again for the 3rd time since I can't use the medicine that prevents my asthma attacks.

I take Cassie to the pharmacy to fill her prescription and they hand me a script for Zyrtec for Ben and told me they are still trying to fill his script for singulair...What? Why? I thought they just told us his condition wouldnt respond well to singulair? And the name on the script is a doc that's NEVER even seen my child! And no one seems to be in any hurry to answer my questions! Why didn't anyone tell me they were changing his meds? None of this makes any sense!!
Marie Seybert Stringfellow Had to go to the doctor. Steroids, antibiotics, inhaler, decongestant, and singulair. He is concerned that I may have COPD and so I got a prescription for Chantix. I am to a point that I have to quit smoking so wish me luck. :)
