Need To Lose Weight
Ok, I admit it, and that has to be the first step. I need to lose weight. Over the years I have continues to gain weight and use my medical problems as an excuse, well no more. I have started and stopped losing weight on several occasions, but this time I WILL succeed.
I have decided to lose 30lbs and do it with a very simple diet plan that has worked before. I am cutting back on calories and increasing calorie burning activities. That is it, the whole deep dark secret diet program.
And if I can get back down to a 32″ waist I will be thrilled.

I think weight loss is all about three things – attitude, diet and exercise. From my experience, reducing carb intake and doing aerobic exercises are keys to successful weight loss.
It’s not often I find a really good football article online, most are the same ole’ thing just rehashed.

I think the activity part is the key really. Course you need to eat reasonably, but you guys have such a killer metabolism, that once you start focusing on building muscle back, you drop weight fast. Darn y’all.
