Did the ACLU Strike Again?

The National Security Agency’s Terrorist Surveillance Program has been struck down by U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor. And you can bet it is in large part to the ACLU. Now this will help our country continue to be open to terrorists and there is not a lot we will be able to do about it. I am almost more afraid of the ACLU and the left wing than I am of the terrorists.

ACLU Christian

Ok, there are 2 key facts I know about me. I am a Christian, and I am a software programmer. So I have to put things into a perspective I can understand, and this assignement must be true.
ACLU Christian
Based on this….

Judge says Ten Commandments can stay: “The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio sued Lucas County in 2002 to have the display removed, saying it was unconstitutional and promoted religion.”
If you are willing to sue because something “promoted religion” it only proves the fact that you can not be a member of the ACLU and a Christian. The great [...]

Okay, I’m Watching ‘24′ Tomorrow

The New York Post’s Adam Buckman: The producers of “24″ evidently have zero respect for the UN. To hammer the point home, their two-hour movie - “24: Redemption,” premiering Sunday, Nov. 23 - includes a representative of a UN “peace-keeping” force who just might be the most spineless, loathsome character ever created for this show. Can I get an, Oh, baby. When I’m King (negotiations are ongoing), the first thing I’ll do after having Bill Ayers and his monstrous wife waterboarded on pay-p

Guantanamo judge rejects 'forced' confession

A US military judge in Guantanamo Bay has thrown out the US government's evidence against an Afghan detainee because it was obtained under coercion, a rights group said Friday. The decision came late Wednesday in a preliminary hearing in the trial of Mohammed Jawad, arrested in Kabul in 2002 as a teenager on charges of throwing a grenade that wounded two American soldiers and their Afghan interpreter. A representative for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), who was present at the heari

Happy Victory in Iraq Day!

It took a while, but with the help and sacrifice of the bravest troops on Earth, we did it. We have won the Iraq War. It's a war that saw many enemies, from within and outside of Iraq. It's a war that saw forceful attempts of premature withdrawal from within the side that eventually won it. And it's a war that started out without sufficient troops and with terrible policies. But we overcame it. We still have some cleanup to do, but it is clear and unambiguous that we have won the war. On M

Smoking Gun: 12-year-old charged after deliberately "breaking wind" in class NOVEMBER 21--A 12-year-old Florida student was arrested earlier this month after he "deliberately passed gas to disrupt the class," according to police. The child, who was also accused of shutting off the computers of classmates at Stuart's Spectrum Jr./Sr. High School, was busted November 4 for disruption of a school function. A Martin County Sheriff's Office report, a copy of which you'll find below, notes that the

“Men in Drag at the White House?”

Sorry I haven’t been around for a while.  It seems that my life has turned into an episode of some earnest ’70s TV show (perhaps “Quincy, M.E.”), mixed with a ’70s crime show (”Baretta,” maybe).  So, I am way late in sharing with you this important story from the AFA about how J. Edger Hoover might be attending the White House Christmas party. “Men in Drag at the White House?” AKA   Obama offers ‘open door’ to gender-confused (OneNewsNow.com) A conservative activist is expressing alarm over

Wyoming Prison Officials bow to Muslim Inmate Demands After ACLU Filed Lawsuit on Their Behalf.....

When was the last time the ACLU defended Christianity in such a manner?...... CHEYENNE - The Wyoming Department of Corrections says it will allow Muslim inmates at the state penitentiary in Rawlins to time their meals to accommodate their daily prayers. The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit earlier this year on behalf of two Muslim inmates. The lawsuit challenged a prison rule requiring inmates to eat their meals within 20 minutes after delivery, saying the policy forced them to

ACLU makes argument for right to counsel at crack retroactivity proceeding

Yesterday, I received a press release from the ACLU noting the filing of a notable brief in the Fifth Circuit.  Here are the basics: The American Civil Liberties Union today filed its opening brief before the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in an effort to preserve the constitutional right to counsel for those seeking resentencing based on the recent reduction to the federal sentencing guideline range for crack-cocaine offenses. “When an individual’s freedom hangs in the balance, fundam
