Travis Barker Sues Over Jet Crash


                 The former Blink-182 drummer has filed a negligence lawsuit against the owner and makers of what he claims was a “defective” Learjet that crashed Sept. 19, killing four and leaving Barker and Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein with severe burns. Travis Barker Files Lawsuit Blaming Pilots & Equipment for Deadly Crash


A lawsuit in the plane crash that killed four people and severely injured Travis Barker and DJ AM has finally come. The L.A. Superior Court lawsuit, also filed Friday by the mother of Barker’s bodyguard, Charles “Che” Still, who died in the crash, alleges the pilots “negligently decided to abort” the takeoff when the Learjet’s tires failed in September at an airport in Columbia, S.C. “The pilots were either poorly trained and/or failed to follow their training,” the suit says. “The pilots’

Travis Barker, punk musician and former Blink-182 drummer, has filed a lawsuit against several companies whose actions he claims caused the plane crash in South Carolina on September 19, 2008.   He was badly burned and several of his friends were killed after the charter Learjet burst into flames after an aborted takeoff. Barker is suing Global Exec Aviation, a Long Beach charter company, as well as Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, and an airplane maintenance company.  The suit seeks damage
