Gory Details On Pb’s 151 Lofts
The DPD has a 37 page PDF on the gory details of 151 Lofts a Pb Elemental project on the western edge of the Central District (thanks to Chelsea for the link) The project is at 12th and East Fir and is 18 units. Each unit has a “garage door” and an solar screen that is movable. Also units will be wired for solar power if the owners decide to install panels. It looks like a really cool project.
